Sunrise Lakes Finished

The Sunrise Lakes Finished project involved a full-scope pavement upgrade, including asphalt milling, new asphalt paving, concrete curbing, and precision striping. The existing surface was milled to remove deterioration and restore proper elevation, preparing a solid base for a smooth and long-lasting asphalt installation.

New asphalt was installed using professional-grade equipment to ensure a uniform, durable finish across the entire property. Concrete curbing was repaired and refined to improve structural definition and drainage control, while fresh striping enhanced traffic flow, safety, and overall organization.
